About Me!

Hello! Welcome to my website. My name is Mikayla Cohen and I’m from sunny South Florida. By the time I was 3, I knew I had a passion for music. I would sing with local children’s performance groups throughout the city with hits like “Part of Your World” from the Little Mermaid and “Beautiful” by Christina Aguilera. However, my passion for theatre began in elementary school with my first-ever role as Mrs. Zuckerman in “Charlotte’s Web.” The rest was history. I received a scholarship to attend American Heritage, a College Prep High School with a specialization in Performing Arts, graduated from Elon University with my BFA in Music Theatre, and have performed across the globe!

Aside from music theatre, I love collecting rocks, teaching jazzercise, painting, hiking, spending time with my friends and family, and songwriting. I have released an EP entitled “Same Stars” and continue to write music/produce my own music. I am also an entrepreneur and owner of my very own business entitled Little Light Princess Company LLC. We are a princess/character entertainment company who’s goal is to make kids of all ages feel loved and bring a “little light” into the world!
